Apply for support from the EU Structural Funds to support the organisation of international cultural and sports events, international exhibitions in Latvia.
It is possible to receive support for the purchase of a licence for organising an event in Latvia, participation in professional activities in the sector, development of marketing materials, promotion of the event in the digital environment, public relations services, media visits to Latvia, development of the economic impact study of the measure.
Aid may be granted if the number of foreign visitors and/or foreign participants in the international event is at least 500 and the measure lasts at least 2 days.
The service is available to merchants, associations and foundations.

Service requests You can request the service by email or mail, or by sending it to a LIAA e-address.
When requesting the service, an existing Agreement on the receipt of the aid is required. The client then submits an application form for supported activities for an international cultural\ sports event or international exhibition. After performing the activities, the client shall submit a payment request and receive support for the activities carried out.
Receipt of services After evaluation and decision, the client shall be informed according to the communication channel originally selected.
