Apply for an investment loan of large and medium-sized merchants with a capital discount to boost the company's competitiveness!

Under the programme, medium and large economic operators planning to invest at least EUR 10 000 000 for the growth of the company may qualify for a loan of up to 30% of the eligible costs of the project by the Development Finance Institution ALTUM, with the possibility of applying a capital discount of 100% of THE principal amount of the loan provided BY ALTUM.

The programme shall be implemented BY ALTUM together with the LIAA.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The application may be submitted by:
    - in the business.gov.lv section of the platform, e-services (https://business.gov.lv/e-services),

  2. Receipt of services
    The LAA shall organise and carry out the selection of investment projects and shall take a decision on the approval or rejection of selection applications within one month of the end of the time limit for the submission of applications. Those investment projects that have received the approval of the LIAA will continue to be evaluated in Altum. After evaluating the loan application, Altum shall take a decision on the granting of the loan or the rejection of the application.
